Service update

Last year our Priority letters service was suspended and our Regular letter services changed in response to COVID-19. These changes expired on 30 June 2021. From 1 July 2021, we’ll endeavour to deliver according to delivery timetables as best we can while the ongoing challenges of COVID-19 remain.

What are the delivery speed options?

Delivery speed

Express Post is still the fastest way to get mail from A to B, but we can’t guarantee next-business-day delivery right now. Items may take longer than usual to arrive.

Coverage

The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes.
Parcel Post

Delivery speed

Some items are taking a little longer than usual right now due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.

 

Under normal circumstances we aim for:

  • Same state: 2–5 business days
  • Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days
