Special delivery for remote areas

If you are sending medical or educational supplies to remote areas, we offer reduced postage rates.

There is specific eligibility criteria for the recipient, sender and parcel, and parcels must be 5kg or under to qualify for the reduced rate.

Send your item to a remote area in 3 easy steps

  1. Check you meet all the criteria above, including remote area postcode and parcel contents
  2. Make sure the delivery or return address clearly indicates your eligibility
  3. When you lodge your parcel at a Post Office, please let us know that you wish to use the remote area parcel service.
